Hello, and welcome! My name is Pam Custer I'm proud to share a little about myself and the journey that brought me here.
I’m a Disabled Army Veteran who began my path in healthcare back in 1986 as a medic in the U.S. Army. My first hands-on experience in phlebotomy began during my service, where I discovered a passion for patient care and precision. Over the course of my military career, I completed two tours in South Korea and spent three years stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. These years helped shape my dedication, resilience, and attention to detail—values that still guide me today.
After transitioning from military to civilian life, I continued to build on my skills and experience. Now, with over 37 years in the field, I’ve built a career grounded in compassion, skill, and a deep commitment to serving others.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud wife, devoted mother to three wonderful children, and grandmother to nine amazing grandchildren. Family has always been my foundation and inspiration, and it's a joy to bring that same warmth and care to my work every day.

Hello! My name is Macala & I am the daughter of Pam! I was born and raised in Lima , Ohio . I graduated here in Lima in 2019 . I am a mother myself of two beautiful boys who are my pride & joy . Soon after high school i went on to receive my phlebotomy certificate after watching how much joy it brought my mother over the years !
I am also a CNA & absolutely love what i do ! I am currently a student at Rhodes State College, where i am going for my LPN . Helping others in any way possible has always been a passion of mine. We love to stay busy & know that we’ve made a difference in some one’s life big or small, & look forward to working with you ! 😊
